• The price match request must be made before purchasing or within 7 days of your purchase.

2. How to Request a Price Match:

• Provide Details: Share the competitor’s price, product details, and a link to the competitor’s website or a copy of the competitor’s advertisement.
• Verification: We will verify the competitor’s price and product details to ensure they meet our price match criteria.

3. Terms and Conditions:

• Price Match Only: The Price Match Guarantee applies only to the product’s price. It does not cover additional charges like shipping or handling fees.
• In-Stock Products: The product must be in stock at both our store and the competitor’s store or website.
• Exclusions: The guarantee does not apply to clearance items, special promotions, or products offered by auction sites or liquidators.
• One Price Match: Only one price match per item per customer.

4. Refund of the Difference:

• If a price match is approved, we will adjust the price of your purchase to match the competitor’s lower price. If the purchase has already been made, we will issue a refund for the difference.
