These DC rotary vane self-priming pumps are suitable for high volume diesel fuel transfers and have high-speed motors that are recommended for duty cycles up to 30 minutes. They are self-priming with a suction lift up to 6 feet and can pump against a discharge head of up to 10 feet (4.0 PSI). They have a cast iron body, brass rotor, and bronze vanes. Shaft is stainless steel with oilite bushings. The pump ports are tapped with 3/4″ NPT Female thread and are supplied with 1′ hose barb adapters. The pumps are complete with mounted on/off switch and fuse box. VROS0 Series are 5-3/4″ H x 5″ W x 8-1/2″ L and weigh 11 lbs. Do not pump water, corrosive fluids, or oils with a viscosity greater than SAE 10W and never run rotary vane pumps dry. Not to be used for gasoline transfer. Designed for pumping diesel fuel only. Not Ignition-Protected.
