This 316 cast stainless steel hawse pipe is used as a durable grom met through surfaces. Eliminates deck and rope chafing when cleats are mounted on a vertical surface inside cockpits. Internal hole diameter 4″L x 1-7/8″W, flange is 6-1/2″L x 3-3/8″W x 1-1/8″D. Uses 4 No. 10 fasteners.
